We have recently heard iPhone 5 is doing quite well in South
Korea, home town of Samsung, as a good number of positive reviews were found
among Korean consumers regarding Apple. Besides that, Apple Inc. is trying its
level best to get an upper hand in China, as it is known to be the world’s
biggest smart phone market. In order to get this thing done, Apple is in
continuous talks with some of the biggest Cellular service provider in China
including “China Mobile”, however none of the things have been finalized so
far.
Apple Losing Ground in Home Country
While Apple is working hard to grasp Asian market, they are
actually losing focus, ground as well as rankings in their Home Country. As per
the Money Watch’s report, the ever leading iPhone is now on third spot when it
comes to customer satisfaction, while Samsung has become the top most selling brand
by gaining number 1 position.
The top two rankings of leading smart phone was captured by
Samsung, while iPhone 5, 4S and 4 took 3rd, 4th and 5th
positions respectively. It is surely an alarming situation for Apple, as
neither they are leading in any of the Asian Countries and nor they are doing
well in their home country, and is losing rankings significantly.
It’s Not a Patent War!
It’s the time that Apple should understand that Smart phone
market is not about patent war! They surely have won the Patent case against
Samsung, but they are slowly but gradually losing ground against Samsung. If things
go like that then Samsung is surely going to create a Universal Monopoly in
Smartphone market.

Apple Not Innovative Anymore
After the death of Steve Jobs, most Apple critics believe
that Apple will never be the same anymore, and this thing has surely found to
be true. IPhone 5 was not what people were expecting it to be, as most believe
that Apple 5 was all about bigger screen size nothing more.
Costly
It is a universal secret that Apple’s products are way much
costly as compared to Samsung or any other Smartphone, and this is one of the
reasons why people prefer HTC and Samsung more, as compared to iPhone. Besides
that, other brands are also gaining significant ground in Smart phone market,
these brands include Nokia, LG and HTC, as they have scored the ratings score
of 75.
Expensive Spare Parts
Everything related to Apple / iPhone is expensive, whether
it would be an iPhone LCD screen or its repair cost, each and everything is
expensive, while on the other hand, people can get Samsung LCD screens at much
cheaper rates, as compared to the technology used.
